Danish Off-Road Nationals Rd7

…the best of the rest in fourth position and could not quite follow the trio’s pace. In the fourth round was Ulrich again put a fastest time with a 17 lap 10.08 and Kim had to be retire after 9 laps with a defect, it put Jan Larsen in to second place and his time was 17 laps 17.87 and Torben Nielsen ran his best time in the 16 lap. 9.88. 2008 HobbyPro Open Hong Kong

…on Sunday had to use their qualifiers to fine tune their set-up. Following the qualifying it was Samel Chiu that TQ’d 1/10th while in 1/8th scale it was Luk Chi Hung that took pole position. The main finals saw the win going to Dirty in 1/10th scale ahead of Chan Kain Man in 2nd and Lau Yiu Kei in 3rd, while in the 1/8th scale class the win went to Serpent racer Cheung Kin Ming ahead of Team C racers Luk Chi Hung and Choi Kam Man in 2nd and 3rd respectively. Florida Off Road State Series Rd1

…came down to the final lap. Keeton tried everything he had to hold off Eckert. Keeton drifted wide with 3 turns left, and Eckert ducked inside taking the lead. Keeton passed Eckert with one turn left when both cars hit and Eckert got hung up on a pipe and Keeton went on to take the win. Keeton’s OS Powered MBX5R ran flawless all weekend, and proved to be the best on this race day. KM Racing NT1 option parts

KM Racing have released a number of new optional parts for the Xray NT1 that have been developed by 2006 IFMAR Pre-World Champion Mr. Hung Cheung Hang. Beginning with this front shock tower, which has been made from 4mm carbon fibre, this ultra strong piece features 4 shock mount options for setup fine tuning and as with the other parts is a direct replacement for the standard Xray piece. KM Racing NT1 Middle Shaft Mount

KM Racing have released their latest product, this middle shaft mount for the Xray NT1 as developed by 2006 IFMAR Pre-World Champion Mr. Hung Cheung Hang. The new design enhances the strength of this part while preventing flex in this area of the car which is under a lot of pressure where the cars belts meet. This lightweight aluminium part also reduces vibrations and is designed with 2 muffler linkage holes to allow you to easily and optimally mount your exhaust system. Niftech Balancer & Shaft Straightener

Our partners Kimihiko Yano have begun selling these great specialist tools from US based Niftech, specifically this armature shaft straightener and armature / tire balancer. The shaft straightener features a very precise measuring tool that allows you to measure the deformation of the armature shaft accurately while the supplied tool allows you to straigthen the shaft. The Balancer is a magnet hung shaft that comes on a base that sports a spirit level to ensure it has been placed flat while it comes with 2 shafts to allow you to check the balance of both tires as well as armatures….
