For Sundays 200mm race it was dry at the start of the day and this allowed Mugen racer Teemu Saarinen to claim the TQ for the event ahead of Pekka Koivula in 2nd. In the semi finals the rain started to fall and this caused all sorts of hassles for the racers on the track, with pole man Saarinen not taking to the track for the main final to save his car for his teams test in Madrid this week. In the final it was Kyosho racer Joni Minkkinen that ran out the clear winner, with a 17 lap advantage over Serpent racer Jomi Pulli in 2nd with his team mate Tom Kalves in 3rd.
