EFRA releases 2013 race calendar

Following this weekend’s EFRA AGM in Brussels, the European governing body have finalised the dates for next year’s European Championships. A busy summer season with 3 ‘B’ championships, a 1/8th flat chassis Euros and 2 40+ titles along with the usual ‘A’ titles up for grabs. Other noteworthy items from the meeting all surround the 1/8th and 1/10th 200mm gas on road classes, where from 2013 all ECs in theses classes will be run using a controlled tire – one brand, one diameter and one hardness, to be handed to the driver as they go to the track. March 6-10 – 1/12th scale Euros – Oulu, Finland
May 20-25 – 1/8th on road ‘B’ Euros – Aigen/Schlägl, Austria
June 3-8 – 1/10th on road ‘B’ Euros – Gubbio, Italy
June 3-8 – 1/8th off road ‘B’ Euros – Sicily, Italy
June 8-13 – 1/8th on road Flat chassis Euros – Avignon, France
July 8-13 – 1/8th off road ‘A’ Euros – Reims, France
July 15-20 – 1/10th EP off road Euros – Valladolid, Spain
July 22-27 – 1/8th on road ‘A’ Euros – Halifax, UK
August 2-4 – 1/10th EP on road Euros – Torres Novas, Portugal
August 12-17 – 1/10th on road ‘A’ Euros – Kirchberg, Austria
September 13-15 – 1/8th off road 40+ Euros – Bistensee, Germany
September 16-21 – 1/8th & 1/10th on road 40+ Euros – La Turble, Monaco
