Aigoin and Rossetti win at French buggy nationals
The first round of the French 1/10th electric buggy nationals took place at the Gymnase Jean Collignon in Louvres this past weekend. The race saw the attendance of the usual breed of fast French drivers such as Antoine Rossetti, Sebastian Wartelle and Vicent Heligoin. In the 4WD Open class Team Associated factory driver Yannick Aigoin, normally at home with 1/8th nitro off-road buggies, was on a mission and won its first 1/10th electric buggy race with his AE B44.2 in front of Team Durango’s Antoine Rossetti and Schumacher driver Armand Lantheaume. In 2WD Open it was 4WD runner-up Antoine who grabbed the top sport of the podium in front of Ahmed Kerfati and Ludovic Valtier. The 2WD Promo class saw the win of Vincent Le Peltier with Olivier Langlet and Jean-Luc Salmeron in tow.
