Exotek Sport 3 orange anodised alloy option parts

Exotek have a range of aluminium option parts for HPI Racing’s Sport 3 4WD club-level touring car available in the form of a spur gear mount, centre driveshaft and 12mm clamping hex adapters. Starting with the spur gear mount, the CNC-machined part weighs in at only 2.6g versus the 8.4g of the original steel adapter. The mount accepts stock or aftermarket gears with 2 or 4-bolt pattern such as the ones from HPI, Kimbrough and Xenon. Coming orange anodised for wear and looks the adapter is a direct fit on the Sport 3.

Next up is the extra lightweight 7075 aluminium centre driveshaft. The part is made to significantly reduce the rotating mass as it only weighs 12.5g compared to the standard 35g of the steel shaft and it thus makes for improved acceleration and braking, it lets the motor run cooler and ups the overall performance. The direct replacement shaft comes orange anodised and laser-etched. Last but not least are precision-machined 12mm aluminium wheel hex adapters for the Sport 3 and the Pro5. The 5.5mm offset parts match the stock geometry, they are of a clamping design to stay in place even with the wheels off and they come including 2mm cap head screws.
