STRC Ascender aluminium option parts

ST Racing Concepts have several new aluminium option parts for the Vaterra Ascender off-road truck available. First up are CNC-machined aluminium rear lockouts with oversized 5x11mm bearings. The parts replace the stock plastic nylon pieces with more precise parts, eliminating flex and enhancing durability with the included, larger 5x11mm bearings. The lockouts are available in scale black, gun metal, and natural silver anodising and they come in pairs.

The second new part is the front and rear upper link mount. The part adds strength and eliminates flex at the upper link mounts at the front and rear suspension. Machined to the same geometry as the stock plastic pieces, the mounts also add visual impact to the truck. The mounts are available in scale black, gun metal, and natural silver anodising. Also new are the aluminium C-hub carriers, featuring the same geometry as the stock piece including the Panhard mount location. Last but not least comes the aluminium ESC plate. For those that are moving on from the stock electronic speed control, the ESC plate provides the platform necessary to mount upgrade speedos. Featuring countersunk holes to mount the plate to provide a perfectly flat surface, the larger footprint compared to the stock plastic plate makes for more secure mounting. Available in scale black, gun metal, and natural silver anodising.
