Day & Tran win at 3rd Annual South Valley Invert

The 3rd Annual South Valley Invert was hosted by Cottage Grove R/C Raceway in Cottage Grove, Oregon this past weekend. The event attracted some of the region’s fastest 1/10th off-road drivers and in the 2WD Modified Buggy class it was Kyosho’s Tanner Day who grabbed the TQ and win from Kyosho teammates Andy DiBrino and Joe Pillars.

In the 4WD Modified Buggy class 2wdmod.com’s Thomas Tran (Kyosho) coming out fastest after the finals from Derek Rasheed (HB) and top qualifier Tanner Day (Kyosho) who had to settle for third in the end. In the Pro2 Short Course class it was again Tanner Day (Kyosho) who brought home the TQ and win with Sean Bray (Team Associated) and Terry Schulz (TLR) coming in second and third respectively. Finally in the 2WD Stock Buggy category TQ Tyler Miller (Kyosho) took the day’s win from Chuck Foote (Kyosho) and Terry Schulz (TLR).
