Novarossi introduce new GT & Rally engines

Italian company Novarossi have four new 1/8th GT and Rally engines available. First up is the Mito 35 GT5, a 5-port engine based on the Mito 35 World Champion. The long stroke engine features the standard central aluminium carburettor and it comes with all-steel ball bearings and 9mm venturi insert.

Mito 35 GT5 specifications:
– Displacement: 3.49cc
– RPM (Max power): 37.800RPM
– Bore x stroke: 16.26×16.80mm
– Sleeve: 5 ports
– Rear ball bearings: steel
– Front ball bearings: steel
– Crankshaft: 14.5mm – turbo – tuned
– Carburettor: Aluminium – 9mm – 3 needle
– Glow plug: Turbo (C8TGTB)
– Exhaust position: rear
– Starting: standard
– Weight: 370g
– Fuel type: 25% nitro

Next up is the Mito 35 Rally 9, a 9-port rally engine, again based off of the Mito 35 WC engine. The long stroke offering features a central aluminium carburettor as the GT5. Other features include standard steel bearings and a 9mm venturi insert.

– Bore x stroke: 16.26×16.80mm

Next up is the Mito 9 Rally, a 9-port engine based off of the Mito on-road and coming with a 9-port liner, shifted aluminium carburettor and all-steel ball bearings.

– Bore x stroke: 15.88×17.60mm
– Sleeve: 9 ports

– Glow plug: Turbo (C8TGTB)
– Exhaust position: rear
– Starting: standard
– Weight: 370g
– Fuel type: 25% nitro

Last but not least is the Mito 7 Rally, the 7-port variant of the Mito 9. Like its sibling it comes with all-steel bearings, 9mm venturi insert and a shifted aluminium carburettor.
