Green & Beal win at BRCA 1/10th Nitro on-road nats

The opening round of the BRCA 1/10t Nitro On-road Nationals was held at the fast and technical Wombwell Raceway in cold but dry weather conditions. Mark Green (Serpent/XRD) would take the TQ position in the premier 1/10th 200mm class while Glyn Beal (Serpent) came out fastest in the 1/10th 235mm GT and the 1/8th GT categories. The main final of the 200mm class then had Mark Green defending his top position to take the day’s win from Joe Kerry (Capricorn/O.S.) and Alex Thurston (Serpent/Max).

In the 220mm GT class Glyn Beal (Serpent) came out fastest in the final from Peter Hellawell (Serpent) and Devendra Mahatme (Shepherd) while in 1/8th GT Glyn Beal scored another win, this time from Scott Hellawell in second and Paul Drewsnap in third.
