Robert Batlle takes 11th national title in a row
The final round of the Spanish 1/8th Nitro Buggy championship was held this past weekend in Montjuic. Rainy weather made for challenging conditions but this did not keep 2016 vice World Champion, Robert Batlle from taking the TQ after the qualifiers from his brother Dani while Bryan Baldo completed an all-Mugen top 3. In the main final and after some battles with Juan Carlos Canas it was again Robert who came on top, taking the day’s win and with it his 11th consecutive national title. Juan Carlos Canas ended the day on the 2 spot from Joan Espasa in third.
