Johansson & Landen win at Swedish Cup finale

The Västeras MC club played host to the final round of the Swedish 1/10th Electric Buggy Cup this past weekend. The weather forecast for the weekend was pretty mixed and so the organisers decided to run the 2WD as well as the 4WD qualifiers on Saturday, making for a tough time for everyone. In 2WD Team Associated’s Elias Johansson took the TQ and he also came out on top after the triple A-mains as Alexander Landen (Xray) obtained the runner-up spot from Wilhelm Skjöldebrand (Team Associated) 3rd. Overall in the 2WD Buggy Championship it is Elias Johansson with the title from Alexander Landen 2nd and Wilhelm Skjöldebrand 3rd.

In the 4WD class it was again Elias with the top spot after the qualifiers, however it was Alexander who excelled in the wet A-mains to take the win from Wilhelm Skjöldebrand 2nd and Elias Johansson 3rd. With the win Alexander also took the Swedish Cup title in the 4WD class from Elias Johansson 2nd and Wilhelm Skjoldebrand 3rd.
