South African Electric On-road Nats finale – Report

The 2018 season of the South African On-Road Electric National Championship concluded recently with the final round. In Touring Modified, Hein Kotze managed to retain his title with ease from Conrad Liebenberg 2nd and Shaun Schutte 3rd.

In Pro Stock 13.5T, only one point separated the top two drivers at the end of the season. Ultimately it was Kevin Hattingh who managed to take the title with Gunther Cornelius taking the vice-champion. Jonathan Wilken came in 3rd to round out the top 3.

In Formula, Pedro de Gouviea had a great season and dominated with consistent pace to retain his title for the 3rd year in a row. Brett Ross and Jannie Hattingh came in 2nd and 3rd respectively.
