The event saw the running of the Touring Modified and Stock classes with the Oval category not being held this time. In the premier Touring Modified class it was Speed King Tour returnee, local top driver Takara Sano who took the TQ in round 1. Takara would match his result in round 2, however it started to rain after Q2 so the finals had to be cancelled and the qualifying results were taken to determine the overall results. Takara Sano was declared the Modified class winner as track owner Kazushige Tomita took 2nd overall. Jin Sawada came in 3rd, tie on points with Tomita.
Over in the Stock class it was last year’s winner, local driver Hiroyuki Ueda who also took the win in 2019. Masaki Honda took 2nd place and Takuma Sasaki came in 3rd.
