Hobbywing XeRun V10 G4R 21.5T Standard & ROAR
Having launched its latest XeRun V10 G4R motor back in March, Hobbywing has now added a 21.5T to the line-up which debuts at the EFRA 1:10 Electric Touring Championships which are currently underway in Roeselare, Belgium. Like the previously released 13.5/17.5 variants, the 21.5 will also be available in two options, Standard and ROAR. These editions are designed to cater to different levels of competitive racing, providing unparalleled control and performance for RC enthusiasts. Over its predecessor, the new G4R features a new stator, rotor and sensor assembly improves the motor’s performance and power dramatically. Compared to the G4, the G4R shows confirmed improvements in overall speed by up to 5% while the output power is increased by nearly 4%. The new G4R stator and winding design reduces the overall internal resistance, while maintaining the requirements for sanctioning spec class rules. The improved motor efficiency reduces the temperature rise to keep internal resistance numbers consistent. The internal resistance is about 3% lower than that of G4.
