Tyler & Albano win at Tom Meyers memorial race

Speedworld Raceway of Roseville, California hosted the 1st annual Tom Meyers race over the weekend. Awesomatix driver, Eric Albano would take the overall TQ in the Touring Modified class, however after the triple A-mains it was Xray’s Lex Tyler with the win, despite some mixed 1-7-2 finishes. Eric, who scored 2-2-1 finished had to settle for 2nd after the tie-breaker with Team Associated’s David Jun coming in 3rd overall.

In the 17.5T Touring class Eric made up for the runner-up spot in Modified, taking the overall TQ and sweeping A1 and A2 for the overall from Lex Tyler in 2nd. David Jun again rounded out the podium in 3rd.
