Joe Bornhorst doubles at East Coast Race Against Cancer

LCRC Raceway of Oakland Mills, Pennsylvania held the 2019 East Coast Race Against Cancer last weekend, attracting over 400 entries. The Expert Nitro Buggy class was TQ’d by HB Racing’s Jason Schreffler, however in the 25-minute A-main event it was 2nd place qualifier, Tekno RC’s Joe Bornhorst with the win a lap in front of Tekno RC’s Jared Wiggins while Team Associated’s Jamie Greyek came in 3rd to round out the podium another eleven seconds behind. TQ Jason Schreffler had to settle for 4th overall.

Over in 1/8th E-Buggy it was Joe Bornhorst with a clean sweep. After taking the overall TQ, Joe brought home the win a lap in front of Jared Wiggins while 8th place qualifier, Xray’s Paul Ciccarello completed the top 3 result.
