Daniel Pariente sweeps Madrid Buggy Regionals Rd2

The second round of the Madrid Regional 1/8th Off-road Championship was held at the Circuito de Fuencarral track this past weekend in nitro and electric classes. In the nitro category, that attracted 42 entries, it was young Daniel Pariente (SWorkz) with the overall TQ from Joan Espasa in 2nd. The 45-minute A-main event then saw Daniel and Alberto Garcia (Mugen) battling for the lead in the opening stages, however some six minutes into the race Daniel was able to establish himself in the lead that he would hold onto until the chequered flag to take the victory a lap in front of Adrian Pariente (SWorkz) while Alberto Garcia came in 3rd overall, another lap down.

Over in 1/8th electric buggy it was again Daniel with the overall TQ and he also came out on top in A1 and A2 to take the win in pretty dominant fashion, allowing him to sit out A3 that was won by Adrian Pariente who took the overall runner-up spot from Marti Prat in 3rd.
