Tamiya Championship Series opens with record entry

The 2023 Tamiya Championship Series kicked off last weekend at 180 Raceway in Baltimore, Maryland, with the first of 10 regional races attracting a record entry.  The 26th year that track owner Casey Young has been involved in the TCS, which this year will culminate with the annual Final at Hobbytown USA in Omaha on September 23-24, the opening race attracted 147 entries over all of the popular Tamiya classes.  Euro Truck attracted the biggest grid with the win going the way of Jamie Hanson from Mark Tiamson and Casey Young.
