Michael Salven TQ’s European Champs
Qualifying is over for this years European 1/8th scale Championships in Lostallo, Switzerland and as we predicted it was the morning run that was the quickest and it saw German Serpent racer Michael Salven take the pole position in a blistering time that was close to a second faster than 2nd place and over 7 seconds quicker than the overnight pole time. In 2nd position it was Mugen racer and current Italian National Champion Alberto Picco who put his qucikest time in on the final run of the day while in 3rd spot it was Lamberto Collari, the Kyosho driver less than 4 tenths back. The final direct qualifier was another Mugen racer Stefano Solaroli who was only 3 tenths adrift of the 7 time World Champion Collari. Tomorrow sees the main finals being run and we hope to bring you the results when we get them.
