Brand, Davis & Moon win at Southern Off-road Series

Loganville RC Raceway was the host for the 2nd round of the Southern Off-road Series. Practice started Friday afternoon and with regular track maintenance the traction was coming up nicely. On Saturday morning the gates opened at 7am and 3 rounds of qualifying kicked off at 10:30am. Qualifying was based on the single fastest run out of three. All of the A Mains were seated with top 10 cars and 2 bumps from the B Main. In the Pro eBuggy A-main, Shay Brand led the race tone to tone taking the win with his Mugen MBX-7 Eco.

Mark Moon started 2nd on the grid in the 2WD Mod Buggy main and with a hard fought battle through out the 8 minute race, Mark took the lead and finished with a win with Team Associated B5.

The Intermediate eBuggy main had Mac Davis starting at the number 1 spot. Mac led the field from the tone and took the win in his Team Associated RC8.2.
