Luopajärvi & Ström win at Finnish off-road champs Rd1

The first round of the Finnish 1/10 offroad championship series was held in Vaasa, at the Worlds 2011 track. In the 2WD class it was Jussi Luopajärvi who beat young talent Joona Haatanen for the win while multiple Finnish champion Petri Ström came in 3rd to complete the all-Associated podium.

Sunday was 4WD day and Ström was determined to get a victory after his 3rd place finish on Saturday. He outpaced the other drivers, TQ’d, and took the first place in the final results. Karri Salmela had a good fight with Henry Salmen, and Karri managed to get the 2nd place overall leaving Henry behind in 3rd.
