Lazzerini & Romano win at Italian 1/8th GT opener

The opening round of the Italian 1/8th GT championship, held at the Circuito Carmine Rajola, saw Federico Lazzerini taking the win in the Expert class from teammate Roberto Catanzani. Riccardo Scanziani rounded out the podium in 3rd place.

The F1 class had Alessandro Romano coming out successful in front of teammate Stefano Bucci while young Claudia Merlino finished on a very good 3rd spot. Finally in the F2 category Piero Lucifora took the win in front of Filippo Biancardi and Alessio Spadaro.
