Xtreme Racing have new carbon fibre option parts for the Axial RR10 Bomber off-road vehicle available. The range includes a roof panel as well as a set of side panels to replace the standard plastic parts. The panels are cut from lightweight 1.2mm carbon fibre, a direct replacement for the stock parts and they are available separately or as a combo set.
Axial have introduced a clear RR10 bomber bodyshell and interior set for the RR10 as well as new 2.2″ tyres and wheels. Starting with the body set, the RR10 Bomber body is made from 0.040″ thick polycarbonate and it comes clear to allow the creation of a custom look by painting it in your favourite colour scheme. Included are pre-cut left and right body panels, hood and a roof as well as a pre-cut decal sheet featuring official Axial and RR10 Bomber logos.
Following a first teaser ST Racing Concepts have now released more information on their Izilla monster truck racing chassis conversion for the Axial Wraith. The kit uses stock Axial Wraith components and bolts right on in less than 30 minutes, however, this chassis was designed for more than just bashing, it was made with racing performance in mind as well, thanks to a low centre of gravity design with the heavy electronics of battery, ESC and receiver box placed just over the centre transmission. The chassis places the bulk of the weight right in the middle and as low as possible. Unlike other chassis kits the Izilla places the stock Wraith battery tray side by side with the included aluminium electronics plate, with plenty of space for mounting aftermarket ESCs. The battery is also placed on the opposing side of the motor for a better left/right balance while adjustable forward or rear bias weight distribution is possible.
ST Racing Concepts have released first images of their forthcoming CNC-machined aluminium monster truck racing chassis kit for the Axial Wraith. The direct bolt on kit lowers the electronics and battery mounting, it offers adjustable weight distribution of the electronics, and the option to mount the Wraith sway bar kit. New from ST Racing Concepts comes the SCX10 off-axle servo mount and panhard combo kit for those of that are after the utmost scale realism. The kit will take the highly visible front steering servo off the axle and mounts it on to the chassis rail for a greatly improved look of the front end. The servo is mounted on the chassis rails using two solid CNC-machined aluminium servo mounts that are keyed into the chassis rails and secured using just one screw for each servo mount. The panhard rod is made with a heat treated black oxide steel that mounts from the steering knuckle kingpin screw and spans across to the other side of the chassis rails on a specially CNC-machined aluminium panhard mount. This setup allows the suspension to feel smooth and allow for the most shock compression due to the smaller diameter of the steel link versus aluminium tube links. To maximise the clearance of the upper link, a new suspension link is machined specifically for this kit with a 7mm diameter for the threaded area and taper down to a 5mm solid centre portion so as the suspension compressed, this extra bit of clearance from the smaller centre diameter again allows for the most shock compression before the upper link comes in contact with anything on the chassis rails. The kit is available with or without the required Axial aluminium steering kit and in the three colours of scale black, gun metal and natural silver.
JConcepts have introduced the 1974 Ford Bronco trial and scale bodyshell. Starting with the unforgettable chiseled shape, the Bronco lives on with an impressive grill area detailed with included decal sheet while the large hood area and fender line is sharp while the main body line runs across the entire door and rear fender. Large fender flares provide clearance for a variety of 1.9″ tires and protrude just like the real thing. The cab features popular flat panel window treatment on this vehicle along with heavy trim bordering the geometry. Mock gas tank caps rest in place while turn signal and rear taillight decals along with Bronco badges help bring out the realistic look of a classic beast. The Bronco drops on the Ascender 11.75″ wheelbase setting, with standard body mounts extended in rear height. The retro body also accommodates Axial 11.75″ wheelbase trucks but requires the use or adaptation of long rear body mounts.
Coming from Samix and made for Axial’s SCX10, XR10, AX10 and Exo off-road vehicles is a clamping design aluminium servo arm. Made from aluminium and coming in a 23T and 25T spline variant the arm offers 16mm and 20mm spaced, threaded mounting holes while the clamping design makes for a secure mounting even in high-stress applications. They come in four different colours and sport etched size markings for easy identification.

Designed for high speed, Axial’s soft rear swaybar set for the recently announced RR10 will allow to soften up the vehicle’s suspension for jumps, while keeping torque twist and body lean to a minimum during acceleration. The set includes all needed mounting hardware and a soft swaybar wire.
