STRC Wraith 17mm hex adapter set & alloy hardware

ST Racing Concepts have introduced a 17mm hex adapter conversion kit for the Axial Wraith and Deadbolt vehicles as well as CNC-machined aluminium links for general purpose. Starting with the conversion kit, the set was designed especially for those that are looking to mount up 1/2 inch off-set 17mm monster truck tyres from Pro-Line. The adapters widen the stance of the truck for that awesome monster truck look and they are available anodised in scale black, gun metal, monster truck green, or natural silver. Also new is a range of aluminium links, spacers and hardware to complete custom crawlers, scale rigs, or monster truck builds. The CNC-machined parts are also great for replacing some of the worn out existing pieces. Sold in pairs in various lengths the part come anodised in a wide variety of colours.

Axial RR10 Bomber 1/10th 4WD RTR

Axial have introduced the RR10 Bomber 1/10th scale rock racing chassis to their line of realistic off-road vehicles. The kit is not just another plastic tube chassis Wraith update – it merely adds to Axial’s line of 2.2 rock racing vehicles. While visually the buggy is a race replica of the Bomber Fab KOH rock racing rig, one of the unseen features is the front mounted battery tray under the hood making for easy access and optimised weight distribution. The skid plate provides a centralised location for the electronics with clean wire routing and an RR10 specific transfer case for optimal driveline efficiency. Also included is a full set of BFGoodrich Baja T/A KR2 tyres along with a spare in the back, wrapped around officially licensed Walker Evans Racing wheels. A variety of shock mounting points allows for running dual shock setups and more suspension tuning options. For additional rear suspension tuning, a sway bar mount is connected to the cage, under the fuel cell to attach an optional sway bar. Officially licensed aluminium King Shocks feature precision machined pistons which offer smooth performance throughout the range of travel. Standard features include durable front and rear WB8 HD Wildboar driveshafts, front and rear AR60 axles, a dual slipper clutch, Hi-Lo transmission with all metal internal gears, a 3-channel radio system, realistic scale details including moulded driver figures, three pairs of helmets, moulded shock reservoirs, a fuel cell, Bomber Fabrication body panels and graphics, and a fully licensed scale tube chassis.

RPM SCX10 front steering knuckles

RPM’s new steering knuckles for the Axial SCX10 are designed for the hardcore trailblazer that needs strength and durability to get them through the rugged backwoods without failing. The parts have been designed for strength by first beefing up the steering arm. Also the unnecessary inner tie rod hole was ditched and the amount of material around the remaining tie rod hole was increased. RPM then increased the size of the steering arm supporting ribs and increased the amount of material around the king pin bolt holes for added muscle and stability. The design also sees added clearance on the steering arm for the C-Hub retaining screw, allowing more steering throw without having to swap out to pricey C-Hubs or high-clearance steering knuckles. On top of that the slop in the king pin bolt holes was reduced by 0.13mm, improving steering accuracy and consistency.

RPM Yeti XL front shock tower

RPM have a new front shock tower for the Axial Yeti XL available. The part adds some much needed support to the camber link ears and upper shock mounts with smooth-flowing curves, adding an aesthetic appeal as well as increasing strength tremendously. The shock tower is moulded from RPM’s tough blend of engineering grade nylons for additional strength and it is a direct replacement for the stock part.

Axial Yeti Score Trophy Truck RTR kit

Axial have introduced the 1/10th scale Yeti Score Trophy Truck. Based off of the Yeti rock racer the RTR truck features an independent front end suspension and 4-link solid rear axle package for a unique look and on-track performance. Aluminium oil-filled shock absorbers soak up surface imperfections while BFGoodrich Baja T/A tyres on Method 105 replica wheels make for forward traction of the 4WD vehicle. Equipped with a 3150kv brushless motor and a waterproof 3S-compatible speed controller the truck also features a lot of officially licensed accessories for scale looks while the included 2.4GHz radio system allows for best possible control of the 1/10th scale vehicle. The truck is rounded out by a pre-painted bodyshell with roll cage and spare wheel.

RPM Yeti XL front lower A-arms

New from RPM and made for the Axial Yeti XL are front lower A-arms. Made from RPM’s renown nylon blend the arms offer improved durability thanks to massive support beams off to either side that provide the support while 30 degree leading while trailing edges help improve transitions across ultra rugged terrain. On top of that accurately sized hinge pin holes reduce slop to a minimum for improved suspension performance.

Axial AR60 OCP full width axle adapter set

Axial’s new AR60 OCP full width axle adapter set widens the AR60 axles, creating an equal front and rear track width on 1/10th scale Yeti vehicles. This enables the use of any 12mm wheel to be used on the 1/10th scale Yeti without the use of special wheel adapters. The kit comes with extended steel axles, black anodised aluminium axle housing extenders, four cartridge bearings and all necessary hardware and it is compatible with all vehicles using AR60 axles such as the Yeti, Wraith, Wraith Spawn, AX10 Ridgecrest, and AX10 Deadbolt.

Axial Yeti GeoCamo body & 2-speed transmission

Axial have new optional parts for the Yeti 1/8th scale and 1/10th scale off-road vehicles available. First up is the GeoCamo bodyshell for the 1/8th Yeti. Made from .040″ polycarbonate and coming pre-painted in a green camouflage design the pre-cut body set includes the roof, hood and side panels with the parts being direct replacements for the stock body. Also included is a set of decals.
