Edit RC have released a new range of pure silicone shock oils, for the most modern of today’s top-end racing shock absorbers and dampers. This oil will not thicken at low temperatures or thin at high temperatures, making it ideal for every racing application, from indoor 1/12th and micro to rallycross buggy and touring car. Available in a wide range of thicknesses, they are supplied in convenient 60cc bottles to let you take the full set in your pit bag the feature easy screw-off tops and narrow tips let you add exactly the right amount of oil to fill or top-up your shocks.

Edit RC Optional Imperial bearings

Edit RC optional bearings

Edit RC have released a number of new imperial sized high quality bearings to keep your vehicles running free and efficient at all times. Available with both ceramic or standard steel balls, the ceramics versions are ABEC 5 (ISO Class 5) rated, meaning that these bearings are of the highest precision useful for land based R/C models applications, while the ceramic balls extend life and increase resistance to heat. They may have a tighter tolerances for fit than the non ceramic ABEC 3 bearings, but not too tight so as to reduce bearing rpm. The new sizes available include 1/8″ x 5/16″ x 9/64″ Flanged Ball Bearing (2pcs) and 1/4″ x 3/8″ x 1/8″ Ball Bearing (2pcs) with both types available with standard and ceramic balls.

Edit RC have released these high-quality, CNC-machined, aluminum touring car shock absorbers which come pre-assembled with a 55mm length, perfect for replacing the stock plastic or friction shocks on your car. For convenient mounting, the shocks are fitted with pivot balls that swivel in plastic shock ends while a longer shock shaft end is included for cars that need longer shocks. Sold in pairs the shocks feature clip-on ride height adjusters and are supplied with a general purpose shock spring, but the shocks will also fit all standard size shock springs.

Edit have released some new general parts on their website today, the first of which is some fuel tubing and the other item is a engine heat sink protector. First up is the durable high-grade silicone fuel tubing, which is thicker than standard fuel tubing for extra protection, yet bends easily to prevent cracking or other damage. Available in a variety of colours in 1m lengths, you can get the right colour to match your car’s anodized colour or your personal paint scheme. Next up is the tough plastic heat sink protector that keeps scratches off your big-block engine’s heatsink and is especially suitable for monster trucks, truggies, buggies and 1/8 scale on-road cars.
