Kyosho America have announced the opening of Route 241 Raceway inside their headquarters in Lake Forest, California. R241 was conceived and built as a means to provide the best facility for their extensive Mini-Z and dNaNo RC racing vehicles. Starting from May 1st they will be opening the doors to the public every Saturday and Sunday sans Holidays.
Based on the Inferno 7.5, Kyohso have released this 1/8th scale buggy Readyset, the Inferno Neo. Featuring the Infernos signature adaptability to any surface, the Neo features 3.5mm big bore shocks and the same heavy-duty wheels as the high performance MP9, fitted with all-new micro-square pattern tires. Composite torque rods front and rear achieve an optimal balance of flex and rigidity for excellent performance and yet still maintains a smooth comfortable driving feel that can only come from decades of refinement. The newly-designed aerodynamic body delivers a bold new look and sleek aerodynamics that look as fast as it runs! The Neo is packaged as a factory-assembled Readyset, which means you just need an igniter, alkaline batteries and some fuel and you can be charging along at full speed in minutes.

With the release of the new Ultima RB5 SP2, Kyosho have released this conversion set to upgrade your SP to the latest spec. The set contains all major parts to do the conversion which see the entire motor housing shifted to the right 8mm to cancel any counter torque effect, giving you more precise control. Also new from Kyosho is a ball diff set for the Ultima SC Truck or Ultima DB. This new ball diff will replace to stock gear diff set up with no modifications, just drop in and see the performance.

New from KM Racing for the Xray NT1, are these low friction, long life spur gears. Made from a special harder plastic they are available in a 59T first gear and 54T second gear. Also from KM for the Kyosho V-One RRR, is this aluminium 21T brake pulley. Hard anodised it is lightweight and prevents the accumulation of dust on the teeth.

For the past 9 months, X-Power has quietly released a line of optional parts and accessories for the Kyosho dNano. Its latest offering, a ball differential featuring ceramic diff balls, is a drop-in upgrade for the stock gear differential. Other popular optional parts from X-Power include their 200mAh LiPo battery and portable charger, LED lights, a variety of racing wheels, slick and grooved racing tires, ceramic ball bearings, their high torque ‘HOT’ motor and more.

As seen at the toy fair earlier in the year, Kyosho have now released full details on their new Ultima RB5 SP2. The SP2 Edition is the latest in the Ultima line of vehicles, which is a further development of the breed, and it includes all the enhancements that have been designed by Kyosho engineers and tested over the last couple of years by Kyosho International factory drivers like Jared Tebo and legends of the RC world. This biggest change to the RB5 SP2 was the fact that the motor has been shifted left to better improve the balance the car with all components now center and true.
