Seen at the Tokyo Hobby Show last month, Kyosho have announced that the Inferno GT2 VE is coming soon. It seems that the car will be sold as an electric car under the VE label and current GT or GT2 owners can convert their car from nitro to electric using the new 1/8th universal Inferno brushless conversion kit.

Team Solar have been in contact to tell us about their new special 4mm chassis plate for the Kyosho V-One RRR 1/10th scale car. Made from US 4mm 7075-T6 aluminium it has been strategically CNC machined to lower the centre of gravity while retaining stiffness in the appropriate areas and then hard anodized for extra durability. Also fits the Kyosho V-One SR.

Following up on the teaser that Kyosho presented us with some weeks ago on the Ultima SC, the Japanese company has shown off their new Short Course truck on their booth at this weeks Tokyo Hobby show. We unfortunately have no more information on the car other than it will be available as a readyset. Also shown on the Kyosho booth was the Inferno GT brushless conversion with other items of interest announced at the show being a Takaaki Shimo edition V-One RRR and a Shin Adachi edition V-One SR.

Kyosho America have introduced the new Inferno series brushless conversion kit that will convert any Inferno series product, regardless of its class e.g. on-road or off-road. Included in the kit is all of the hardware including a universal one-piece molded plastic radio box and battery tray which is designed to fit either 7.4V LiPo packs or 7.2V NiMh packs. Also included is an easy mesh machined aluminum motor mount that uses a single top screw design that can be easily accessed for perfect gear mesh adjustment.
Following an earlier sneak preview Kyosho have announced full details of their new DBX VE brushless powered racing buggy. Kyosho have sent out a Sneak Peak of another new vehicle, following a previous sneak look at another new car last week. We have no further information on the new Ultima SC, but we can only presume from the SC and the silhouette of the car that this will be a new Short Course truck from the Japanese company, joining a host of other new entrants into this growing class. As it uses the Ultima name we believe it will be based heavily on the Ultima 2wd chassis and will therefore be a 2wd electric SC truck. We will keep you informed of any further information as we get it.

Kyosho have sent us a sneak peak of their new carm, the DBX VE. With little information on the new car, the name seems to suggest it is an electric version of their 4wd 1/10th scale DBX buggies. More information will become available in the near future and it is expected to be released in November.

New from KM Racing is this main chassis for the Kyosho V-One RRR 1/10th scale car. Made from US 7075-T6 aluminium, it has been hard anodized for extra durability and is a direct replacement for the standard part.
