Kyosho have announced the release of the Inferno MP9 Standard Edition, the same MP9 performance with an unbelievable price. The Inferno MP9 is based on the multiple World Championship winning Inferno platform and has had everything down to the last ball-end recreated with the focus on maximum speed and performance in a completely new chassis and body development. Kyosho have announced the August release of the new Inferno MP-7.5 Sports 4 Readyset. The package includes R/C system with linkages pre-set and all main parts pre-assembled so its fast out of the box as well as on the track. Simply attach the air cleaner and antenna, add fuel and set the batteries to complete. The Inferno’s blood runs thick in the Sports 4 so you can’t go wrong for your first GP buggy. Turnbuckle tierods and upper suspension arms allow wide scope for setting adjustment. Equipped with high-torque servos and universal joints on front axles to handle whatever punishment you can dish out.
New from Reckward Tuning are these quick change engine mounts for the Kyosho Inferno MP9. Similar to other versions previously available, they allow the removal and mounting of the engine without the need to re-align the gear mesh due to the 2 piece design. The base mounts are mounted to the chassis and the top blocks, which are attached to the engine, can be removed separately. When re mounting the engine, guide pins ensure that the engine is perfectly aligned with the base mounts each time.

Kyosho have released the New Power Zone Multi Cell Charger, which has the capability of charging as well as discharging 1-4 AA & AAA cells, whether they be NiMH or NiCDs. You can also charge 1-2 cell 9V NiMH or NiCD batteries and a built in LCD display in the lid shows the charge status. In addition to the Delta Peak detection, original detection system allows constant and effective charge without the risk of overcharge.
Kyosho have announced the release of an optional TCD (Traction Control Differential) gear set for the Inferno MP9. The TCD gear set is designed to provide more balanced power delivery under acceleration by reducing differential action. Each of the TCD components are designed to create more friction when power is applied, which effectively increases power delivery to the wheels that have the most traction, unlike a standard differential where power is directed towards those that have less traction. An added benefit of the TCD gear set is that, when off power, it allows more differential action than a standard diff, which maximizes traction and steering response in corner entry. The TCD gear set is recommended for high-traction conditions and for tracks that have medium to high-speed, large radius corners. The TCD gear set can be used in the front differential for increased on-power steering; in the center differential for better rotation and acceleration out of tight corners, or in both positions. The gear set is not recommended for use in low-traction conditions.
