Mon-Tech tease new 190mm high downforce TC body

Mon-Tech Racing from Italy have released a first teaser image of their forthcoming new 190mm high downforce touring car body shell. Developed over the recent months with input of Mon-Tech’s world wide Pro racing team, the body will be the latest addition to the ever growing range of new aggressively-shaped high-performance touring car lids. The official presentation of the body is only days away with shipping of the first batch being scheduled for the early days of 2020.

Mon-Tech Racing 308TCR FWD touring car body shell

Mon-Tech Racing from Italy have introduced their all-new 308TCR body shell for 1/10th scale FWD touring cars. The ETS-approved body shell is modelled after a popular French compact car and it sports a large front splitter for high corner speeds, sculptured fenders for looks and downforce as well as a wide rear wing for optimised overall balance. Included with the Italian-made body shell, that is moulded from lightweight 0.75mm high-quality polycarbonate, come window masks as well as a large decal sheet with grille and light details as well as the graphic elements visible in the images above and below.

New Mon-Tech Racing FWD body shell – Coming soon

Mon-Tech Racing have released a first preview image of their forthcoming new FWD touring car body shell. Styled using design cues of a popular European-made hatchback the body will feature a classic FWD touring car design with huge fenders, a large front splitter and a scale-looking silhouette. Full details will become available by next Wednesday, the 11th of December, when Mon-Tech will officially unveil the new lid.

Arena RC Hyper & Montecarlo wing mounts

Coming from Arena are two new wing mounts for the Bittydesign Hyper and Mon-Tech Racing Montecarlo touring car body shells. The 3-D-printed mounts reinforce the contact area of the wing and body, ensuring higher rigidity, stability and durability. The mounts fit snuggly into the bodies‘ wing mount posts, they come as pairs and are available from now on.

RC Maker Montecarlo anti-tuck wing mounts

Coming from RC Maker and made for Mon-Tech Racing’s Montecarlo touring car body shell is the anti-tuck wing mounting set. 3-D-printed for a low weight and exceptional durability the mounts prevent body tucks behind the rear wheel arch during racing, as well as inconsistencies on high speed tracks and in windy conditions, causing the bodyshell to vibrate. The new V2 Lite set weighs in at only 5g for the pair, and it only requires one additional M3 screw other than the wing mounting screw to secure the strut behind the wheel arch. Using existing upper wing buttons, owners can screw directly into the strut securing it at the top whilst also securing the body’s wing, making for quick and easy body preparation.

Mon-Tech M-20 1/12th scale pan car body shell

Mon-Tech have introduced their new M-20 1/12th scale pan car body shell that as developed in cooperation with Schumacher’s Andy Murray and Nathanel Goodban. The lid makes for and easy and precise car feeling which is essential especially in Modified classes. The body comes in standard and La Leggera lightweight variants and it is EFRA homologated and part of the body list for the 2020 IFMAR 1/12th scale Worlds.

Mon-Tech Racing Italia GT12 body shell

Italian company Mon-Tech has introduced their new Italia body shell for the GT12 1/12th scale pan car class. Developed in cooperation with Schumacher team pilots, the body features a low front end design with a pronounced front splitter for exceptional steering while rear airflow channels guide the air towards the rear wing for optimised downforce and stability. This results in a very balanced car feeling and thus better car control and confidence. The body is available in standard and lightweight variants and including window masks and a decal sheet.

Replicating one of the most prestigious Italian supercars, the body offers exceptional performance with looks to match. The overall design promises excellent traction out of of corners combined with ease of driving. The lid come made of high-quality 0.75mm polycarbonate for a low weight and great durability. Included come a detailed decal sheet that features air intake and lights details, window masks and lightweight wing mounting hardware.
