Pillars appointed Muchmore Racing USA team manager

Muchmore Racing have announce that they have signed Joe Pillars as their USA team manager. Joe was the long-time USA Team Orion team manager until the end of 2017 and brings with him a wealth of knowledge and success and Muchmore are very excited he has joined their team beginning in 2018. Joe says:

I am very happy to join Muchmore Racing and help expand the brand here in the USA. I would like to thank Yusuke Kobayashi and Ji-Hyun Jang for this great opportunity! It will also be great working with long time friends Ryan Cavalieri & Marc Rheinard in which we had a lot of success in the past! Muchmore Hudy & Arrowmax 1/10th setup system stand

Muchmore have announced the release of a setup system stand for the 1/10th systems of Hudy and Arrowmax. The part is machined from high-quality translucent material, it sports an etched Muchmore logo and takes the four setup systems, wheel thumb nuts as well as the toe plate. The tool is small to save valuable pit and storage space and it can be stored in the original setup system boxes.

Muchmore CTX-W Pro IC controlled tyre warmer

Muchmore have introduced their new CTX-W Pro IC controlled 1/10th tyre warmer. The device is housed in a sturdy aluminium case that also acts as a car stand, it offers 4-button menu navigation, a blue back-lit display, dual 12VDC input allowing to access the tyre warmer from either the left or the right side, and it is usable with an optional 3S LiPo battery that allows to use the warmer without mains power which comes in handy when tyres have to be warmed in the starting grid. Included come cup-typ tyre warmers as well as power and battery balancer harnesses.

Muchmore professional circle laser infrared thermometer

Muchmore have introduced a professional circle laser infrared thermometer. The compact device measures only 150x25x27mm and it weighs 54g without battery. It offers a measuring range of -33°C up to 500°C, it sports a backlit display and its 9:1 optical range circular laser pointer allows for precise temperature measurement of parts such as motor and engines, batteries, speed controllers, tyres and more.

Muchmore Quick LiPo voltage checker

Coming from Muchmore is the Quick LiPo voltage checker, a handy device to check the voltage of 2S to 8S LiPo battery packs. Featuring a blue LC display and 4mm Euro-style bullet connectors, the voltage checker allows to quickly check the battery’s voltage inside and outside of the car, and it features reverse voltage protection so it will not get damaged when accidentally mixing up the terminals.

Muchmore CTXW belt-type tyre warmer elements

Muchmore have introduced belt-type tyre warmer elements for the CTXW and CTXW Pro tyre warmer main units. The size-adjustable elements allow to heat both 1/10th on-road and off-road tyres for improved tyre performance from the get go. The warmers use hock and look straps for steep-less adjustment and they come as pairs.

Muchmore Fleta M8.2 Competition 1/8th BL ESC

Muchmore have introduced the latest incarnation of their Fleta M8 brushless speed controller for 1/8th scale vehicles. The M8.2 features a machined aluminium case with Flow-Max technology for maximised cooling efficiency. The finely ripped heatsink is incorporated into the case for added cooling performance and an additional ultra high RPM cooling fan with aluminium guard further increases heat dissipation when using powerful motors or when running in high ambient temperatures. The M8.2 makes use of Muchmore’s RSS reversible switch system whose optional power switch allows to use the controller with power switch or, with the ESC being always on, switch-less. Also coming with the controller is a triple power capacitor that was designed to assist the latest LiPo technology and deliver a linear throttle feeling.

Muchmore 4.0mm hard chrome turnbuckle wrench II

Coming from Muchmore is their new 4.0mm hard chrome turnbuckle wrench II. The tool features a hard chrome-plated tip that ensures a long life and low stress to all parts involved while the engraved, black-coated handle makes for easy identification. The wrench has a total length of 54mm, making it compact and easy to carry.
