Contrast Neo Mark 2

Contrast Neo Mark 2

Those of you who have been following Red RC will notice a distinct lack of fifth scale cars on this site. Now its not that i think only lesser skilled humans race them or something, because we know a certain Mr. Collari is a big fan, but i just never understood the attraction, the sound is all wrong and the speed isn’t all that. So today, as it is a sloooow news day, i am posting images of the Contrast Neo Mark 2, the latest and greatest in lawn mower fifth scale racing technology.

Jokes aside, this thing does looks pretty sweet and sports some nice looking features from the Spanish company Contrast, so if your into the bigger things in life, check out the full picture set here.

Ivan Laptev dominates the Russian Outdoor Championships

LRP Russia

LRP are reporting on their site on the success of their products in Russia and particularly the 2006 Russian Outdoor Championships that was won by 3 time National Champion Ivan Laptev. Ivan, using with a brushless LRP motor, has captured his third consecutive outdoor title on the back of having just taken the Indoor National title as well.

As in most other world-wide countries the racers in Russia are free to choose between a brushless or brushed power source. For sure, Ivan trusted in the LRP Brushless Technology and did not give any chance to his opponents. In a total domination, Ivan won all qualification runs, all three A-mains and also set the fastest lap time!

You can read the full report, with results, here.

Much More Andy Moore CTX-D2

You gotta love this stuff from Much More, no matter how boring a function they perform, in this case discharging, you just want to have it.
