Pro-Line Big Blox 1/8th buggy tire

Pro-Line have announced their new Big Blox 1/8th buggy tire. Customers and Racers continue to demand higher and higher performance out of 1:8 Buggy Race tires while also requiring tires that last longer and longer. Large center lugs formed into a grid pattern provide the base for the long wear characteristics and unmatched mechanical grip found by all test drivers. The Big Blox tire also features Bow-Tie shaped lugs that scoop the Earth and propel your buggy to the top step of the podium. Great care was taken in detailing the side tread to achieve the same smooth side bite and steering feel found in Pro-Line’s highly successful Blockade Race Tire. The Large Lugs on the Big Blox allow racers to choose softer compounds than previously possible while still lasting through long A-Mains.

Pro-Line BullDog body for B44.2 buggy

Pro-Line have released this BullDog body for the Team Associated B44.2 buggy. The new B44.2 features a longer and narrower chassis, which requires an all new body. Ryan Cavalieri is coming off an incredible season winning the 2012 ROAR National Championships in both 4wd and 2wd buggy running Pro-Line’s highly coveted line of BullDog Bodies. Ryan has improved upon the design and developed the most advanced body yet, the 2012 BullDog body. Ryan took great care in refining the design for 2012 to create even more stability with enhanced steering to gain an advantage on the track. The windshield is steeper to create more down force over the front wheels and the roof ridges have been raised to channel the air flow over the middle of the body for increased high-speed stability. The rear of the roof has been lowered and fins have been added to achieve stable air flow over the body. The fins also add rigidity to the body to increase aerodynamic efficiency.

Pro-Line Ion 1/8th buggy tire

The Pro-Line Ion 1/8th buggy indoor clay tire was designed from the ground-up and requires zero break-in tine. The unique molecular structure tread design provides forward and side traction and with the super-low tread height, maximum wear is reached by the alternating dual center lugs. The ION is also extremely easy to drive due to the super-smooth side tread that flows organically out of the tire sidewall. The new tire already proved its performance by taking the ROAR National Championship in Electric 1/8th buggy in the hands of Ty Tessmann.

Pro-Line Tazer RR & Hole Shot FR 1/10th tire

Pro-Line have released the Tazer for 1/10th buggy a race tire that provides unmatched forward bite in loose and dusty track conditions without the undesired edginess. The Tazer features large overlapping center treads that will last throughout the long A-mains and perfectly sized lugs that will propel you to the top of the podium. Available for the rear they come in M3 and M4 compounds. Also new is the Hole Shot 1/10th 2wd front tire in M3 and M4 compounds. If you race your buggy outdoors, then you need the new Hole Shot. Unlike the typical ribbed front tire, these 2WD fronts are super smooth while still maintaining all the steering you need. Ribbed fronts are known for doing the catch-and-grab at the wrong time leading to inconsistent handling. This thread sets the new standard in steering for every outdoor track condition, from super loose to hard-packed.
