Coming from Serpent and made for the SRX8 nitro buggy are new rear skid plates as well as an aluminium gear coupler. Starting with the skid plates, the optional carbon fibre or aluminium parts are designed to be an option for the standard steel plate that is part of the kit. Both the carbon and alloy part are much lighter, resulting in a changed weight distribution. The plates are available separately and they include a new diff case gasket.
Serpent have introduced new optional parts for the SRX8E 1/8th E-buggy and the Project 4X touring car kit. Starting with the buggy related part, new are carbon fibre saddle pack battery plates for the optional saddle pack battery layout. Cut from 2mm carbon fibre the plates are an optional replacement for the standard mounts, offering improved stiffness and thus making a good alternative when more chassis rigidity is needed. The set is a direct replacement and it is available now.
German brand 3DRC have introduced a set of roll centre plates for the Serpent Project 4X touring car as well as a convenient shock stand for the same kit. Starting with the roll centre plates, the parts are a direct replacement for the standard 3mm roll centre shims with the 1-piece design being much easier and quicker to install. The 3-D-printed part also increased overall bulkhead stiffness and it is available as 2-piece set for the front and the rear of the car and in black or orange colour.
Coming from Serpent and made for the Project 4X electric touring car is a 1-piece aluminium stiffener. The part is made of high-quality 7075 aluminium, it sports a black surface treatment, limits front tweak and reduces the number of parts used for easier assembly.

Coming from Serpent and made for the Cobra SRX8E buggy are new aluminium servo arms. The arms are machined from high-quality 7075-T6 aluminium and they are of a clamping heavy duty design that improves steering response especially on high-bite surfaces. They are direct replacements for the standard composite parts and available in 23T, 24T and 25T specification.

VP-Pro have introduced their new body shell for the Serpent SRX8 buggy. The lid offers a high-downforce design with sculptured side pods, a roof top shark fin and increased airflow around the engine head. The body is best suited for small to medium size tracks and it comes made from clear 1mm high-quality polycarbonate and includes window masks.

Coming from Serpent and made for the Project 4X touring car are new linear upper arm connectors. The parts are designed to be used with shorter links with the new default link length being achieved by using the included balljoints and set screws. The ball joints are mounted touching each other so no measuring is needed. Using the new parts will result in a refined geometry that offers more linear action over the full suspension movement while the standard geometry has a degressive characteristic. With the set the suspension will be getting less soft under compression, resulting in improved car control especially in high grip conditions. Coming from Serpent and made for the Project 4X touring car is a short rear link set. Made for the standard RRS system the shorter links provided result in increased rear end grip which is beneficial for both modified and stock racing and it works on both low and high grip surfaces. The set includes all needed parts and it is available very soon.
