Exotek Micro-Tek conversion kit

Exotek Micro-Tek conversion kit

Coming from Exotek and made for the Losi 1/24 Micro Truggy, SCTE and Rally is the 1/8th scale inspired Micro-Tek chassis conversion kit. The all-alloy construction provides increased grip with the ultra low centre of gravity design help to keep all four wheels on the ground. The 1-piece chassis design eliminates the need for extra hardware that could strip, making assembly even easier. The 100 percent machined alloy bottom plate is stiffer and stronger than the carbon fibre part in Exotek’s previous conversion and it comes in the two colour variants of red or blue. Also included are an adjustable sliding motor plate, a finned alloy motor plate, and an extra secure servo clamp-in system for the stock-sized servo. Other features include alloy mounting posts for secure stock receiver and esc mounting, and a machined-in chassis battery tray for easy and secure battery installs that uses servo tape or optional hook and loop straps. The extra heavy duty alloy chassis does not require a top plate or additional bracing and it is compatible with Exotek’s optional pinion gear cover.

Schelle TLR 22 3.0 rear camber block & Ti motor screws

Schelle Racing Innovations have introduced two new products in the form of a TLR 22 3.0 rear camber block and 7mm titanium motor screws. Starting with the TLR part, the rear camber block was designed to offer improved durability and make for easier adjustments. The 2-piece design does away with the plastic inserts and over-sized design of the kit parts, replacing them with a sleek base and durable upper 2-piece construction that is adjustable with ballstud shims between the base and upper block. The two clamping screws which secure the mount are easily accessible from above, not obstructed by the shock tower. The block is available in black and hard anodise colour.

Exotek 22 series heavy duty alloy servo arms

Exotek 22 series heavy duty alloy servo arms

Exotek have introduce two heavy duty aluminium servo arms for the TLR 22 range of off-road vehicles. Machined from 7075-T6 alloy the servo arms are much stronger than the original plastic items, making for greatly improved durability and steering authority. Designed to use the stock TLR 4/40 ball end the servo arms are also of a clamping design for added security even when the servo screw comes off. The black anodised parts are available for 25T spline servos such as Futaba and Savöx and also as 23T variant for Spektrum, Sanwa and KO Propo servos.

MIP TLR 22 Super Diff Bi-Metal kit

MIP TLR 22 Super Diff Bi-Metal kit

MIP have introduced the Bi-Metal Super Diff kit for all TLR 22 vehicles. Featuring a unique bi-metal outdrive design the kit utilises 7075-T6 aluminium outdrive hubs and heat-tempered steel outdrives to scrub 30 percent of weight compared to the standard differential. The weight reduction will make for quicker spool-up and acceleration especially in stock classes. Included in the set are also Tungsten Carbide diff balls and MIP’s rebuildable machined aluminium T-nut as well as hard polished drive rings and small parts. Needed for completion of one diff is only the original TLR diff gear.

TLR 5ive-B 1/5th scale 4WD race buggy kit

TLR 5ive-B 1/5th scale 4WD race buggy kit

Team Losi Racing have introduced their all-new 5ive-B 1/5th scale 4WD race buggy kit. Purpose-designed for competition use the buggy is inspired by TLR’s 8ight 1/8th scale buggy platform and it is based on a hard-anodised 5mm 6061-T6 short wheelbase aluminium chassis. Milled pockets make for optimised flex and the lowest possible weight. The suspension package uses hard anodised 24mm shock absorbers and heavy duty aluminium shock towers. The shocks also benefit from X-rings, shock boots and TiCN shock shafts for smooth, consistent performance. The shock towers offer multiple shock mounting options that give racers an abundance of tuning options for different track conditions. Adjustable toe and anti-squat plates allow to tune the suspension geometry as known from the smaller 1/8th buggies.
