New from Losi for their 1/8-scale L8ight dirt oval racer are these low profile DLM2 rubber dirt oval racing tires that provide the traction needed for oval racing, and meet the proposed ‘Spec’ racing rules. The tires come mounted on white 1/8 buggy dish wheels, include a precision foam inner liner, and will fit all 1/8-scale vehicles with 17 mm hexes.

Losi have released their new 1/36 micro high roller RTR, which offers scale appearance and style and also has the ability to conquer terrain that would normally be impassable by most RC vehicles its size. The detailed tube-style chassis combined with front and rear skid plates and molded bumpers, vertical shocks and All-Terrain tires on Chrome wheels provide the look of a full-scale lifted truck. Answer-RC have released these CNC machined shock spring holders suitable for all members of the Losi 8ight family including 1.0, 2.0, B and T. These new items utilise a longer spring holder to give a more reliable and safer position on the shock and are specially drilled to maintain a minimum weight with each piece weighing only 3g. Flying Fox RC have announced their competition aluminium spool for the Losi JRXS Type-R. The spool is precision machined out of high quality aircraft grade 7075 aluminium to incredibly tight tolerances. Using the standard pulley and 2 standard Type-R outdrives they have managed to remove all traces of the age old problem of the spool slipping or the thread side hub stripping. Rotating weight has also been reduced using computer aided techniques to remove material from non-load bearing portions of the assembly.

Losi have announced that their lineup of 1/8th buggy tures are now available in Green compound. This new compound is the softest available from Losi and provides provides increased traction and consistency. Very comparable with some of the top-tire compounds available, it should be used when maximum grip is required. Green works best in cool/damp conditions, but is versatile enough to work well in dusty conditions too. The specially designed inserts are lightweight, provide a consistent firmness and have a better balance.
