Atomic Carbon have released this conversion set for the Team Losi XXX-CR 2wd buggy. The set features a carbon fibre chassis, front braces, battery straps, rear brace, LiPo brace, CSC side pods, brass battery posts, aerial holder and all the fasterners required to complete the conversion which are not included in the XXX-CR kit. Of course a donor is required to complete this conversion along with some other parts. As the motor is mounted in front of a rear drive axles, the motor will also need to be reversed and so this requires a specific speed controller that is capable of reverse rotation, details of which are listed on the Atomic Carbon website.

Losi have announced the Strike, an electric 1/10-scale Short Course Truck in both Bind-N-Drive (BND) and also RTR versoins. Its rugged body comes out over the wheels, allowing you to bump, nudge and aggressively race without tangling and flipping other vehicles or getting hung-up on curbs and obstacles. The 1/10 Strike SCT features a water-resistant LiPo compatible reversing ESC, a brushless-ready all-metal gear transmission and a Losi receiver with Spektrum 2.4GHz DSM technology.

Team Losi’s new MultiPro intelligent balance charger is an all-in-one unit that will charge, balance charge and discharge a variety of popular RC batteries. The charger is compatible with LiPo, LiFe, NiMH, NiCd and Pb (Lead Acid) batteries. Its easy-to-read backlit LCD screen provides vital charger status and battery information, as well as simple programming and setup options. The charger’s banana plug output and multiple port balance connector (2-6S) provide for a variety of options for easy charging and multiple battery connection types. Losi have released the Nitro powered version of their 1/10-scale Speed, called the NT. This ready-to-run truck is packed with performance-driven features like a Losi 3.4 high-performance nitro engine, a 2-speed transmission, and a Losi radio system with Spektrum 2.4GHz DSM technology. The included Losi 3.4cc ultra high-performance nitro engine is designed to deliver big power in a small package. Custom ported for maximum performance, the advanced design and manufacturing techniques are used to produce the largest displacement in a small block nitro engine.

New from Flying fox Racing is this replacement Losi JRX-S Type R layshaft. These layshafts are precision machined from aircraft grade 7075 aluminium and are drop in replacements for the stock steel layshaft. They have more material on the shaft centre to eliminate spur stripping bending common with the stock steel layshaft and also have a slightly larger gap between the pullies allowing you to avoid modifying your LiPo packs to fit the Type-R. As an added bonus you can you any spur you like such as the popular Kimbrough, Robinson or PRS spurs.

JConcepts work their Illuzion magic on the Losi 8ight-E 2.0, with the release of this newHi-Flow body. Special consideration have been made to the batteries, side guards, battery box and extra clearance around the motor and electrical. The Illuzion body is a drop fit and requires no hassles when installing or removing the body. In addition, JConcepts has taken the frustration out of the stock body design and has eliminated the front nose piece for extra durability and functionality around the front body mount.
