Team Wave Eclipse brushless motors

After 18 months of development, Team Wave have announce their latest generation of brushless motor, Eclipse. The motor is equipped with a unique LED temperature visualizing system to provide instant temperature reading from inside the motor. A NTC temperature sensor is embedded to measure the core temperature and the reading is then presented through the differently colored LEDs distributed around the endbell. Available in winds from 3.5T to 21.5T.

Team Wave RB handheld programmer

New for the Team Wave RB series of brushless/brushed electronic speed controllers is the RB handheld programmer, which provides and simple and quick way to change profiles and also update the firmware. Easy to use, simply plug the ESC receiver connection into the unit and switch on the ESC. A table of parameters on the right of the unit will guide you through the different settings and when you have chosen what you want you can press the send button which will update the ESC. The programmer also has a built in USB connector, for finer tuning of the settings.

Team Wave RB-50 BL ESC released

Team Wave have just released the previously announced RB-50, the latest version of their racing brushless speed controller series. The RB-50 is the top-of-the line, competition grade model and provides a wide range of tuning options for professional users including adjustable drag brake, turbo drive, time shift, throttle curve, brake curve, LiPo cut, temperature cut and brushless reverse. Easy to use and with a small footprint, it is also brushed motor compatible.

Following the release earlier this year of the RB-50 competition ESC, Team Wave have released their latest brushless sensored Speed Controller, the RB-30. Designed to handle up to 7.5T brushless motors, as well as up to 7T brushed motors, the ESC has a rated current of 200A. Featuring the usual range of adjustable functions, the RB-30 sports a top mounted blue anodized heatsink for cooling and can fit in a large range of vehicles thanks to its small footprint. Also new from Team Wave, is a range of competition brushless motors called Linear, that are available in a large range of turns from 3.5T all the way up to 17.5T

Team Wave RB-50 Sensored BL ESC

Team Wave have announced that they are releasing a new brushless speed controller with the tentative name of ‘RB-50’, meaning Racing Brushless system 50. This speedo claims to be the smallest sensored brushless controller in the market with highest power and functions. Set to be released to the market in May this year, the company plan to release more photos and information in the next month.

Team Wave have released an updated version of their Lightning discharging rig, the V2. Improvements over the original version include this simple click in battery holder, voltage displayed for individual cells, a warning if a battery is put in incorrectly and the ability to use 4 or 6 cell easily. You can also set the voltage that the cells should drop to when discharging and of course it looks cool with the blue display.
