Xray have announced that British driver Reece Sawyer has joined their team.
RC Disco & the UK Xray / Hudy team would like to welcome the young rising star Reece Sawyer to the team. Reece at 19 has showed great maturity & pace in his racing this year which has rewarded him in the BRCA National series as he has made multiple national main finals & TQ’d qualifying rounds which is no mean feat. Recent winner of the French GP Noeux les Mines & Worlds 08 Qualifier being just a few of his results. Reece & his pitman Tony, his father, have agreed & announced that with immediate effect he will be using the Xray 808 Buggy & Hudy tools, with his other sponsors RC Disco, KO Propo, Proline, Byron, Savox, SMD & MK Racing gives him great equipment to keep him at the top of his game.

Hong Kong based CSO have released some new parts for the Serpent 733 and the Xray NT1. For the Serpent, there are these new front suspension brackets made from 7075 T6 aluminium that are stronger than the standard plastic items that come with the kit. They directly replace the original part and hold hold the upper and lower suspension pins to the rear of the wishbone. For the NT1, CSO have introduced super lightweight, yet strong, titanium pins for use in the gear differential.

In addition to the version released earlier for the Kyosho V-One RRR, KM Racing have come out with these new battery trays for the Xray NT1 and Mugen MTX-4. Made from brass, the tray brings weight to the lowest and most central point on the car, which not only helps increase chassis rigidity but also helps stop the car from traction rolling in high grip conditions. Machined with 2 grooves for tape to mount the battery, it sports the KM Racing logo engraved on the bottom.

Seen for the first time on the car of Martin Hudy back at the European Championships in Gubbio, Italy, Xray have finally released this high-quality, CNC-machined 30g brass chassis weight for the NT1. Made to fit in the lowest part of the chassis center line, to get the best possible balance of the car, it has been black coated for a modern look and comes supplied with mounting screws. Fits both standard 3mm and optional 4mm chassis.
