Wallie Builds have released new carbon fibre side guards for the Xray XB4. These side guards are designed to look good as well as perform in the heat of competition. They are lighter than the stock guards and also have a higher ground clearance for less drag when jumping and cornering. Included comes hardware for easy mounting of the new parts.

Xray have announced the upcoming release of their forthcoming XB4’21 1/10th scale 4WD buggy kit. The latest incarnation of the company’s IFMAR World Championship winning XB4 series is expected to be an all-new platform, however official details are not available until its full release that is expected to happen within the next weeks.

LCG Racing have introduced new wide variants of their SFX conversion top decks. They feature a wider shape in the mid section, providing better response and a more direct feeling in grippier track conditions. With a decrease in flexibility, this increases corner speed and overall stability while making the car easier to drive. The wide top decks are available for the SFX converted Yokomo BD10 and Xray T4’20 and they are available now.

Coming from Xray and made for their XB2 and XB4 2020 and higher kits are new longer graphite composite lower arms. The XB4 front lower long suspension arm is made from graphite material suitable for most track conditions. The arm features a redesigned geometry for improved handling, increased traction and improved handling on bumpy tracks while allowing for a greater range of adjustments. The front arm also features a mounting position for the optional front anti-roll bar and it is usable on both the left and right hand side of the car. The front arms are usable for the XB4’20 and higher.
Made for Xray’s new T4F’21 front-wheel driven T4F’21 touring car are several new optionals from T-Works. The range includes aluminium and titanium ball end sets, a titanium turnbuckle kit, as well as several screw sets including orange anodised aluminium, natural colour titanium, mixed aluminium and titanium as well as full steel screw kit – the latter are available with UFO or standard-style heads. As usual all aluminium parts will greatly lower the overall weight while the titanium items will ensure a low weight coupled with exceptional stability. The gold-colour screw kits will add visual impact while offering exceptional corrosion resistance.
Hot on the heels of their SFX conversion for the Yokomo BD10, LCG Racing have also introduced a set for the popular Xray T4’20. While the BD10 kit includes a redesigned motor mount and top deck, the T4-specific kit takes the SFX idea a step further as it also comes with a redesigned main chassis plate and a forward-type servo mount. The set is specifically designed for optimised flex characteristics and enhanced drivetrain efficiency. The spur gear has been slightly moved and is, therefore, absolutely centred for even better rotation and corner speed. The chassis sports a slightly wider rear end between the bulkhead and the rear suspension mount to decrease flex and it only offers the long suspension arm mounting positions for even further optimisation and more consistent flex as well as a more stable rear. Includes in the set are the new 2.25mm carbon fibre chassis, motor mount, narrow top decks, aluminium forward servo mount, forward carbon fibre servo plate, top deck screws and washers.
Fenix have released a first teaser image of their forthcoming new G56-X 235mm chassis conversion kit for the Xray X10 pan car. The kit will retain the front suspension, motor bulkheads, shock absorbers, side dampers as well as other pits and pieces from the donor X10 while the V-link rear suspension is taken over from the original G56 design. Coming from Xray and made for their XB8 series off-road vehicles is a forward position wing holder. The fully redesigned rear wing mount allows to place wing more frontwards which helps to improve rear downforce and traction. The super-slim, 1-piece design makes for reduced weight while increasing strength and the wing holder is made from a special composite mixture to withstand abuse and crashes. The mount is usable with the nitro and electric-powered XB8 buggies and XT8 trucks and to make full use of it, the vehicle’s wing need to be outfitted with a second row of wing mounting holes.
