LRP LiPo Safe Box

New from LRP come the LiPo Safe Boxes in two sizes. Made from a fire-resistant fabric the bags help to keep flames and electrolytes inside the container in the event of a LiPo battery going “boom” during charging. Tough velcro straps keep the lid closed securely while convenient openings make charge wire routing easy. The Safe Box is available as small 15x6x5cm box and large 18x8x6cm offering.

Muchmore Tweak Master

Muchmore introduce the Tweak Master tool for easy and accurate chassis “de-tweaking”. The tool compromises of a thick tweak plate and a carbon fibre rod and comes in a handy bag for easy storage and transportation. To un-tweak the chassis simply place it on the tweak plate, loosen the top deck screws, press the chassis down by pushing the carbon rod against the shock towers and tighten the top deck screws again. The tool is meant to work with nearly all of today’s 1/10th electric touring car chassis.

The yet unnamed body features an aggressive cab forward design, a recess behind the cab an a large motor cover/rear section with an additional fin for high speed stability and a channelled airflow toward the rear wing. Pro-Line Phantom body & pre-cut wings

New from Pro-Lines comes the Phantom design body shell for Kyosho RB6 and Tamiya 201XR/XM cars as well as pre-cut Stabilizer 6.5″ and 7″ wings. Starting with the body, the Lee Martin design item features an all-new cab forward look and sweeping body lines that flow back to a single point. The optional centre fin adds additional high speed stability and finishes off the design of the body. As usual it comes clear, including window masks and decal sheet. The Stabilizer wings combine style, performance and durability, add rear traction and high speed stability and are made from genuine lexan material. They now are also available precision pre-cut to make the somewhat fiddly task of fitting the wing even easier. Available are a medium-size 6.5″ and a large 7″ variant.

KO Propo RSx one10 servo & KR-413FH receiver

KO Propo introduce the RSx one10 Response low-profile servo and the KR-413FH receiver. First up is the servo, the low-profile item is designed for the use in electric or nitro 1/10th vehicles, it is 7.4V compatible and offers a speed of 0.09s and a torque of 9.0kg-cm at 7.4V input. It is housed in an aluminium and plastic heatsink case, features dual ball bearings, hardened gear pins, an aluminium and plastic gear set, as well as a coreless motor and a gold-plated connector. The KR-413FH FHSS 4-channel receiver incorporates a new CPU that allows for increased processing speeds. With the increase in speed allows for quicker corrections and smoother transitions. When used with the latest EX-1 FHSS system, full benefit of a more linear and quicker response is achieved. The receiver measures 28×18.3×18.5mm, is 7.4V compatible and weights 7.5g.

Pro-Line Pro-Spec shocks & pre-cut SC bodies

Pro-Line have new option parts for a wide range of short course trucks available in the form of the Pro-Spec shock absorbers and two pre-cut SC body shells. Starting with the shocks, they are designed to be a direct fit on Pro-Line’s Pro2 SC truck and many other trucks too. They feature a 12mm big bore design, make use of threaded aluminium bodies, single low-friction X-seals, delrin shaft guides and 3.5mm hard-chrome shock shafts. Included with the dampers that come as separate front and rear sets are 1.4, 1.6 and 1.8 delrin pistons as well as a blank piston set for drilling custom plates. A shock tightening tool and optional travel limiters round out the package. Optional Pro-Spec springs are available separately.

New from Avid come diff thrust bearings for Kyosho, Yokomo and Tamiya kits. Available as standard steel, tungsten carbide and ceramic ball variant the caged bearings are ideal to upgrade any car that makes use of 6mm thrust washers and 2.6mm diff screws. The steel ball variant is the cheapest of the three offering good performance and an economical price while the tungsten carbide bearing has more true in size balls for a smoother and longer lasting bearing. Last but not least comes the ceramic ball offering with the hardest material used for the smoothest possible diff feeling but also the most narrow window of adjustment.

JConcepts B44.2 X-Flow body

JConcepts B44.2 X-Flow body

JConcepts introduce the X-Flow Finnisher body shell for the Team Associated B44.2 buggy. The body that was used by Steve Hartson during his World Championship winning campaign features a revamped design with additional air-flow relief areas which impact the motor and speed controller directly in order to lower the component’s temperatures for improved performance. The Finnisher-based X-flow has deeper pockets near the front of the side-pods and just behind the cab which allow cut-out options and it is a direct fit on all B44.2 buggies. Included with the body come two 6.5″ wide Hi-Clearance rear wings.
