X-Factory black hardware

X-Factory adds four new hardware items to the ‘Real Men Wear Black’ line so your R/C car can look totally dialed. If you are serious about racing, you want a serious race car. The new hardware includes black counter-sink washers, and black locking nuts in 4-40 mini, 4-40 low profile, and 8-32 low profile to fit CVD. axles. All three sizes of locking nut are 4 per pack, while the counter-sink washers are eight per pack. Priced less than the blue stuff, now at fine hobby stores everywhere.

Exotek F1R uni-crank steering

To be used with Exotek’s F1R kit, the F1R uni-crank steering set is a new steering upgrade that moves the weight balance of the car more towards the rear for more stability and more rear grip when used with ‘shorty’ type LiPo packs. The kit includes ball bearings with steering crank, heavy duty center post, servo mounts, servo turnbuckle and mounting bits. Requires F1R kit, F104 adjustable turnbuckle set for steering, low profile servo and ‘shorty’ type 7.4v LiPo.

X-Power has expanded its line of products for Mini Z AWD, MR-03 and Mini Z Buggy with some lightweight and durable titanium screw sets & foam racing tires. Foam tires, pre-mounted on durable, black spoked wheels are available in various compounds and offsets for Mini Z MR-03, AWD and Buggy.

Arrowmax NT1 clutch set

Arrowmax have released this clutch set for the Xray NT1. Its design features the tapered clutch plate instead of the tapered flywheel which ensures better punch and lots of top speed. The set includes everything you need to mount it but requires a standard Xray clutch bell.

KM H-K1 ball cups & MTX-5 carbon options

KM Racing have released a number of new items for their own H-K1 and the Mugen MTX-5. For the H-K1 there is a new set of aluminium ball cups which are stronger and more durable than the originals and wont slip. A set includes 4 pairs of aluminium ball cups and plastic cup inserts. For the MTX-5 there is a carbon brake arm set and carbon radio box plate set, both are lightweight and durable and are made using aluminium mounts.

Serpent pivot balls & clutch bells

Two new items from Serpent, the first for the 966 & 733 and the other for the Cobra buggy & truggy. For use in the 966 & 733 and older kits too, are these 8.5mm pivot-balls which have been made from TiNi coated titanium. Sold in a set of 8 they are super lightweight, weighing in at on 2.2 grams each, and offer an ultra smooth movement. For the Cobra are a line of hardened steel clutch-bells with ventilation / cooling pockets. Available in 13T, 14T, 15T, 16T & 17T they are laser engraved with Serpent logo and number of teeth.

Arrowmax have released these center cup joints for the Mugen MBX-6. Machined from high-quality spring steel and specially hardened, the axles are both lightweight and durable and a direct replacement for the stock parts.

T.O.P. Racing Sabre FD Mini trackrods

T.O.P. Racing have released some new trackrods for their Sabre FD Mini. Manufactured from aluminium and anodised in red, there is a 100mm version which is a lightweight option for the steering links and there is a 15mm version which is suitable for the camber links.
