H2 Racing Development TRF419 FWD conversion

H2 Racing Development have introduced their all-new front-wheel drive conversion kit for the Tamiya TRF419 electric touring car series. The set suits the TRF419X and TRF419XR and also the older TRF419, however the latter needs H2RD’s special bearing kit to make use of it. The conversion kit can be equipped with 416, 419 or 420-style suspension mounts and arms to fit the owner’s personal needs, which includes Tamiya’s new ARS kit for the TRF420. The shorty battery position is widely adaptable, from horizontal or vertical. The chassis set also offers several tweak control possibilities for track surfaces ranging from low-grip asphalt to high-grip carpet and a special design bumper plate allows to install different size weights for optimised front wheel traction control. The kit comes with low profile damper staya which fits the Tamiya big bore or SSBB shocks. Optionally available are standard height shock towers for the use on large high speed tracks. Included in the kit comes a 2.5mm main chassis, 2.0mm upper deck, as well as 3.0mm shock towers and a 3.0mm bumper plate, all machined from Japanese Torayca carbon fibre. Also included comes an adjustable battery mount, alloy servo mount and Japanese-made MBL front belt.
