Awesomatix SPR08 body support set

New from Awesomatix is the SPR08 body support set that was developed for the use with all Awesomatix cars. The system will keep the body shell from moving with the chassis, meaning the body will always have same height related to the ground for which allows to run the shell in a lower positions without having to fear body rubbing. The result is improved front end grip and a smoother handling under acceleration. A short video of the system in action can be found here.

Yeah Racing aluminium servo saver

Coming from Yeah Racing is a new aluminium servo saver for 1/10th on-road cars. Its sturdy design makes for minimal slop yet it saves the servo gears in the event of a crash. A total of nine mounting positions for the steering link allows to use the servo saver in a variety of vehicles and it is available in red, blue or black anodising to match with a range of chassis colours.

T4works Tamiya Star Disk wheel covers

Japanese brand T4works have introduced a set of Star Disk wheel covers for the rims of kits such as the Frog, Grasshopper or Hornet. The wheels covers are machined from high-quality aluminium and they will come in a range of colours including black, chrome, pink, light blue, blue green, orange, red, gold and purple. They attach to the outer part of the rim and add visual impact by complementing the body shell colours.

Xtreme Racing Rock Rey carbon body panel kit

Xtreme Racing have introduced a 4-piece carbon fibre body panel kit for the Losi Rock Rey. The set includes a roof, hood and two side panels all of which are cut from high-quality 1.2mm carbon fibre for a low weight and cool looks. The parts are direct replacements for the standard panels and also available separately for spares or repair.

The plate can be used in pretty much every vehicle that accepts shorty-style LiPo batteries and it comes in handy to fine-tune the weight distribution or to add weight when using lightweight low centre of gravity shorty packs. Xray XB2 & XT2 carbon chassis side guard braces

Made for their XB2 and XT2 series of off-road vehicles are Xray’s new carbon fibre chassis side guard braces. The parts install to the front side guards and allow to fine-tune chassis stiffness by using different amounts of screws to fasten them to the lower composite chassis guards in order to create soft, medium or stiff settings. The braces are machined from high-quality fibre material and include new moulded upper plate connectors.

Techra T4 & Wildfire rear roller universal joint set

Coming from Techra and made for the use with the Xray T4 and VBC Racing Wildfire range of touring cars is a rear roller universal joint set. Designed to provide long-lasting performance with a minimum of maintenance the driveshafts are made of spring steel with chromoly rollers and carbon steel roller diff cups for durability. The design also offers other advantages over the standard drive pin construction such as improved handling through bumpy sections.

T-Works XQ1 aluminium & titanium screw set

Coming from T-Works and made for the Xpress Execute XQ1 touring car is a mixed aluminium and titanium screw set. It includes a total of 104 fasteners with the red anodised aluminium ones being of the special UFO head design for improved visual impact. Using the set over the standard steel hardware will greatly reduce the overall weight while also lowering the centre of gravity.
