7075.it introduce new MBX7R & MP9 option parts

Italian company 7075.it have introduced new option parts for the Mugen MBX7R and the Kyosho MP9. Starting with the Mugen-related part, new comes a hard 7075 aluminium chassis. Precision machined the main chassis plate is a direct replacement and it features a black anodised hard surface and laser-etched 7075.it markings. As for the Kyosho MP9 related part, 7075 offers a new front shock tower and upper arms holder set both of which are of +2mm specification, meaning the upper arm shafts sit 2mm higher than standard for an updated front end geometry. Both the tower and upper arm mount are machined from aircraft-grade 7075 material and they come hard anodised and laser-etched. Also available is a full set including two different height front shock towers both of which are of +2mm specifications.

JConcepts B6-series titanium front axle sets

JConcepts have introduced a titanium front axle set for the Team Associated B6 and B6D kits. The titanium material lowers the weight and increases strength over aluminium while also adding a certain bling factor to the ride. The JConcepts axle is adjustable and with the included aluminium 1mm spacer, a narrower track width can now be achieved very quickly and effectively. Included in each package are two titanium axles and two aluminium 1mm thick spacers which can be positioned inside or out to change track width.

Yokomo Drift Package 2-way motor mount set

Coming from Yokomo is the Team Suzuki made 2-way motor mount set for the Drift Package series of cars. The mount allows to mount the motor in two different positions, a high and a low one, in order to fine-tune the centre of gravity for a range of applications including RWD drifting. Using the mount requires for some DIY work on the optional quick change battery mount but otherwise it is a direct fit. Also new is the 49mm universal driveshaft dogbone for the YD-2 and YD-4 kits. Available separately the part fits both Yokomo’s 2WD and 4WD drift machines and it is available now.

JConcepts 8ight-T 4.0 Finnisher truggy bodyshell

JConcepts have officially introduced the ROAR National Championship winning Finnisher bodyshell for the TLR 8ight-T 4.0 nitro off-road truggy. A drop fit on to the 4.0 variant of TLR’s successful racing truck the body incorporates pre-dimpled locations and it features a slight cab forward design with raked windshield and an aggressive stance. The body incorporates a large centre fin which begins on the roof line and finishes just past the half-way point on the bed. Extended front chin spoiler, headlight and grill protect the frontend from unwanted up-drafts during flight and the body also has a built-in air escape passage on the roof which allows the customer to fine-tune the body for maximum outdoor performance. The new body includes champion rear name plates which provide additional high-speed stability and improved positioning of the rear bed rails to strengthen the assembly. As usual the body comes clear, including window masks and a decal sheet.

Serpent SRX8 aluminium shock towers

Coming from Serpent and made for the Cobra SRX8 1/8th scale buggy are front and rear aluminium shock tower. Made from aircraft-grade 7075-T6 material and sporting a heavy-duty design the shock stays are both lightweight and durable while offering increased stiffness compared to the standard carbon fibre shock towers which leads to improved steering and traction. Both the front and rear tower come grey anodised, they are laser-etched, sport multiple shock and camber link mounting holes and they are available separately.

Scorpion keeps releasing more winding options of their newly introduced RR-3420 competition brushless motor. Offering the same features as the previously released variants the 21.5T motor comes with a 12.5mm high-torque rotor for high braking power and performance while keeping the operation temperatures low. The motor is built to meet ROAR specifications and it is available now.

Reflex Racing RR12T2 conversion & geometry update kit

Reflex Racing have introduced the new RR12T2 conversion kit for the RR12V2 and the Team Associated 12R5.2 as well as an geometry update set for the RR12V2. Starting with the conversion, it will take the RR12V2 to new RR12T2 specifications and it includes a 7075-T6 aluminium chassis, 2mm quasi weave lower pod plate, a new rear motor mount brace as well as revise geometry motor pod and pod sliders compatible with a motor fan. Also included is a revised geometry shock mount, new stronger rear droop plate, symmetrical servo mount a well as a new 7075-T6 unimount with silver chamfered edges and a left side axle spacer. The kit will also work with the Team Associated 12R5.2 and it is available now.

Yeah Racing Traxxas Slash nylon mesh chassis guard

Yeah Racing have introduced their new nylon mesh chassis guard for the Traxxas Slash, E-Revo and Summit. Designed to protect the electronics from dirt and rocks the mesh cover fits like a glove around the chassis tub and it is easily fastened using velcro-backed tape. A zipper along the centre line allows for easy battery changes without the need to remove the whole cover.
