JConcepts Hazard radio wheel

JConcepts Hazard radio wheel

JConcepts’ popular Hazard short course wheel is now available in “steering wheel size” to outfit the Airtronics/Sanwa M12 and MT4 radios. The Hazard radio wheel is precision moulded like its siblings but sized appropriately for one of the most successful radio lines on the market. The inside of the wheel features the hex location and mount-up point from the stock assembly but also the location notches in just the right places. Between the inside and outside beads, tiny ribs help align the foam grip and help lock it into place. Holes are located on the bottom side for the standard access to the steering stops while a couple vent holes help the wheel look like the real thing. Included with the wheel is a pre-installed Dirt-Tech foam grip.

DKT MBX7R carbon fibre shock towers

DKT MBX7R carbon fibre shock towers

DKT have introduced new front and rear carbon fibre shock towers for the Mugen MBX7R 1/8th off-road buggy. The front tower is cut from 5mm carbon fibre for extra rigidity and durability while the rear 4mm variant offers additional upper mounting positions for the shock absorbers. The lightweight shock stays scrub around 40 percent of weight compared to the original alloy parts and they are available separately or as a combo set. Also new is the Shield Shock called front shock tower protector that improves the durability of the somewhat delicate upper section of the front shock tower as it reduces the chance of the carbon to crack, split or delaminate in the event of a crash. The shock tower protector is available in black and orange colour.

JConcepts 7mm Fin Quick-Spin wrench

JConcepts 7mm Fin Quick-Spin wrench

JConcepts have introduced their new 7mm Fin Quick-Spin wheel nut wrench. With the serrated locking wheel nuts of today the initial spin is always easy, however, once they start to lock, it’s important to have a T-handle to clinch against the wheel. The wrench is designed so a driver can quickly spin with the tip of the wrench in a conventional style and then move lower to the T-handle portion to lock into position. The main structure of the design is aluminium and available in either blue or black anodised colours to provide the look and feel to the wrench. The T-handle is constructed of steel with black oxide finish to provide the strength and muscle to the build.

Dirt Racing Products Dirt Wheel yellow foam grip

Dirt Racing Products Dirt Wheel yellow foam grip

JConcepts have introduced the Dirt Racing Products Dirt Wheel yellow foam grip for many of today’s pistol grip transmitters. Specifically designed for the Sanwa/Airtronics M12, the Dirt Wheel steering grip has a convenient size which allows for use on multiple radios including Futaba, KO Propo and Spektrum. The outer diameter has a smaller size based on the actual diameter used by Brian “Dirt” Kinwald himself and this size gives drivers great control regardless of hand gripping size. Justified toward the outside section, revolved cuts identify the wheel as being unique but also provide an additional feel while orienting the grip in the opposite direction places the revolved cuts just under the finger tips. The foam grip comes in set of two pieces.
