Available now is the Sweep Carbides 1/8th buggy tyre. Making use of the company’s V4 Core design the tyre is meant to have reduced ballooning tendencies at high speeds and less folding in corners for a more precise feeling on mid to hard-packed surfaces. The tyre is available in medium to ultra soft compounds.

Italian company F.V.S.S. have introduced their new F.T. Line reverse TQ clutch for Mugen and Shepherd cars. Developed in cooperation with World Championship finalist Francesco Tironi, who also gives his initials for the F.T. line of accessories, the clutch is made using the finest materials for best possible performance and durability. It utilises a 7075-T6 aluminium clutch bell which is specially treated and a standard yellow clutch pad with the combination of both giving exceptional performance. The clutch comes with all needed hardware and it is soon also available for ARC cars.

Italian company Max Power have a new 2.1cc nitro on-road engine available, the MX 12 TQ 2015. Build using a redesigned crankcase and offering updated inner and a revised exhaust port the engine also comes with a new crankshaft for improved top speed and exceptional fuel economy. A new chroming process for the sleeve and a CNC-machined and highly precise piston will improve the durability of the engine whose last but not least new feature is a lighter yet more rigid conrod. The .12 engine comes including a set of venturi inserts to fine-tune the performance and mileage.

Coming soon from Hobbywing is the Xerun XR8 Plus brushless speed controller for 1/8th scale applications. The 6S LiPo-compatible ESC offers a highly efficient heat dissipation system, a 15A BEC system with selectable 6V or 7.2V output and an advanced electronic switch with improved durability compared to standard mechanical switches. The controller is usable with sensorless brushless motors as well as Hobbywing’s forthcoming new 1/8th sensored motor which can be run in a so called full-sensored mode. BMT have new option parts for the 984 1/8th scale nitro on-road car available. First up are a flex chassis and an updated radio plate. The parts will improve the torsional flex of the car for improved performance especially on low-grip tracks and when the use of additives is not allowed. Also new is a front shock absorber support, a part that also targets towards low-grip track conditions.

New from Arrowmax comes the Increased Torque line of Honeycomb series tools. They combine the appearance of a standard hex driver with the torque of a T-handle tool by allowing to swing the tool tip by a total of 180 degrees. This helps to apply more torque to loosen even the most stubborn screws. The wrenches are available with 2.5mm and 3.0mm hex tip.

New from Serpent and made for the F110 SF2 formula car is a tube front damper system. Designed to bolt right onto the front suspension of the SF2 kit, the set will add another tuning option to the car for even greater versatility. Included with the set come all needed parts including machined and anodised aluminium tubes, composite ball cups and mounting hardware with all parts also being available as spares.

Serpent have introduced a new set of adjustable battery holders for the Eryx 411 touring car. Including aluminium mounting brackets and carbon fibre battery stops the LiPo battery mounts allow to move the pack by a total of 3mm forth and back in order to fine-tune the weight distribution of the chassis. Milled slots allow the use of most of today’s fibre glass tapes. The set includes all needed hardware and it may also fit other brand’s cars.
