Hobbico introduce the TrakPower 5800mAh square LiPo battery pack. Build from 90C cells the battery mimics the dimensions of a side-by-side saddle battery pack making it ideal for many 2WD and 4WD trucks and buggies. The pack features a black-colour protective hardcase and 5mm bullet-type connector tubes. Includes come also a pre-wired balancer lead and bullet connectors.

Bittydesign have a first official image of the new Striker-SR 3.0 190mm touring car bodyshell available. The body was developed and tested over several month to create what Bittydesign announce as “a real fast bodyshell” with a high amount of steering efficiency and highest possible rear stability. The EFRA, IFMAR, ROAR and BRCA approved Striker-SR 3.0 comes with a large EFRA-spec rear wing to provide the best possible balance between the front and rear. Included with the body, that is made from clear 0.75mm polycarbonate, come window masks and a decal sheet with grille, head and tail lights.

Banzai Hobby introduce new Overdose aluminium option parts for the Yokomo DPM drift car. First up is an aluminium gear case that offers improved rigidity compared to the stock part for increased drivetrain efficiency. The part also allows precise gear backlash adjustment and it is available in red, blue or black anodising. The second new part for the DPM is an aluminium centre bulkhead cap, again made to improve rigidity the benefits of this part are reduced main gear vibration and thus improved gear durability. Like the gear case the bulkhead cap is available in red, blue and black anodising.

Yeah Racing have two new aluminium option parts for the Axial SCX10 crawler available in the form of a rear chassis H-brace and a front bumper mount plate. Starting with the H-brace, the part is CNC-machined from high-quality material and comes blue anodised for added looks. Using the part greatly increases the strength of the chassis to prevent it from twisting under heavy loads. The second new part is the front bumper mounting plate, the aluminium part again comes blue anodised and makes for improved strength while adding a splash of colour to the chassis.

German CYS distributors CN Development & Media introduce the CYS-S2308 low-profile digital servo. Coming with a composite case with middle heatsink section, the servo features a standard-type motor, metal gears and it pulls up to 9.0kg-cm with a speed of up to 0.06s at 7.4V input.

Team C have released first images of their somewhat older TC02C 2WD mid motor buggy with gear differential option. Although the company’s TM2 seem like a hot ticket on ultra high grip surfaces some team drivers preferred the conventional TC02C better on medium traction or clay tracks. The gear diff option, that from what we understand includes also a new gearbox, is designed to replace the stock ball differential with a solution that allows for improved forward bite when needed. Team C introduce two new conversion kits to upgrade the T8TE electric truggy and T8E electric buggy. Both the T8TE V2 and T8E V3 set include a new hard-anodised 7075 aluminium chassis, a pair of aluminium arm mounts with composite inserts, a pair or inner suspension pins and a new design servo saver. Team C released no information about the specific chassis specs and features but as they seem to make use of the kit’s standard plastic sidepods there will not be any drastic changes in geometry etc.

Italian company DKT introduce a range of carbon fibre option parts for the Radiosistemi RR8 1/8th scale nitro buggy. Made to replace the standard aluminium parts with lightweight yet strong carbon parts, available soon are front and rear shock towers, steering knuckle levers, a centre differential brace and the radio plate including a battery mounting brace. All parts are a direct replacement for the stock alloy parts.
