SWorkz Formula S35-3 front wing set

SWorkz have introduced the Formula 1/8th off-road bulkhead and front upper arm wing set for the S35-3 buggy. The set includes front wings that attach to the buggy’s front gearbox while the front upper arm wings follow the unique design of the recently introduced carbon front upper arm wings. The kit includes four bulkhead and four upper arm wings that can be left clear or painted in the designed colour or paint scheme. Using the wings will greatly improve front balance and results in easier to manage jumping and landing.

3DRC Formula Aero Wings for 1/10th formula cars

3DRC have introduced their all-new Formula Aero Wings suitable for most 1/10th formula pan cars. They mimic the now wider and lower wings used in Formula 1 and they are available with the industry-standard Tamiya-style mounting pattern or as dedicated variant for the Team Associated F6 – the latter requiring the F6’s lower wing mount. Both come with DRS mock-ups for looks and the universal wing also sports a monkey seat for even greater scale appearance. The wings are tough and durable as all of 3DRC’s 3-D-printed parts, however they are not as sturdy as moulded plastic wings and may crack as the result of very hard impacts. As usual the parts are available through 3DRC’s Shapeways store or at select model shops.

Xtreme Aerodynamics polycarbonate spray paints

Coming from Xtreme Aerodynamics is their new range of polycarbonate spray paints. Coming in eleven different, mostly bright colours and in convenient 150ml cans, the paint is fuel-resistant and highly durable even when the going gets tough.

JConcepts Aero & Aero S-type rear wing centre dividers

JConcepts have introduced their new Aero and Aero S-type rear wing centre dividers. The dividers are simple, yet effective and together with wings like the Aero, can provide additional stability and performance needed. Each centre divider has built-in adjustments that allow the driver to alter the height in order to match conditions at hand. The parts are light-weight and feature the JConcepts leading edge wing chamfer which match existing side-dams. Special consideration has been made to line-up with the Aero wing including a hard bevel on the base for better fitment and more air channeling. The standard Aero divider fits JConcepts’ #0168, #0169, #0178, and #0179 wings while the S-type suits the #0173 and #0181 wings. The dividers are available separately with each including two pieces.

Fenix high nose formula front wings

Available now from Fenix are high nose formula front wings. Made from sturdy ABS plastic and coming in black or white colour the wings also include additional flaps to fine-tune the aerodynamics. The wings can be run without the high nose support with the white one being dyeable using fabric dye.

Arrowmax have introduced their new range of spray paint for polycarbonate body shells. Oil and nitro-proof the super-fine pigment paint is available in 32 different colours including basic, metallic, fluorescent and translucent variants, and it comes in handy 100ml cans with a precision nozzle that ensures even layers of paint.

3DRC C-Type maximum downforce touring car rear wing

3DRC have added another variant to their 190mm touring car rear wing line-up. The C-Type was developed with maximum downforce in mind. The straight-type wing features a gurney flap and stronger winglets which leads to increased downforce compared to the A and B-Type wings. The 3-D-printed wing fits all bodies with Protoform-style 100mm mounting pattern and it is available through the company’s Shapeways store and at select model shops.

Xceed RC spray guns & tapes

Coming from Xceed RC are two new spray guns as well as a range of tapes. Starting with the spray applicators, the guns are available in a basic and pro variant with both fitting a range of spray paint cans. The guns are meant to make for easier and more evenly paint application. Also new are 10mm, 18mm and 40mm wide masking tapes on 18m rolls. Last but not least comes a 2m roll of 20mm doubled sided tape.
