Awesomatix A800 belt-driven touring car kit

Following a first teaser Awesomatix have released more information and images of their forthcoming A800 electric touring car kit. The car is based on a newly design chassis with symmetrical cutouts and recessed areas for optimised flex characteristics while the centralised position of the belts greatly reduces the chance of the chassis to become tweaked under load. Additionally both the motor and battery sit nearly 4mm closer to the centre line compared to other cars on the market to allow for a very centralised weight distribution.
