Team C have released an image of what is understood to be their first ever drift car. Supposed to be based off the TR10 club level touring car kit the TD10 features realistic wheels, a Subrau BRZ-ish bodyshell and a solid composite rear wing. Definite chassis specifications and features are not available yet but we bring you more information as soon as they become available.

Following a first teaser image Xray now officially introduce their latest 1/8th E-buggy class contender, the XB8E. Building on the successful XB8 platform and featuring an optimised weight distribution the XB8 has been long-term tested by Xray’s European Championship winning drivers such as Martin Bayer, Miguel Matias and Reno Savoya. The buggy is based on an all-new 3mm 7075-T6 aluminium chassis that sports strategically positioned milled-out section for optimised flex and lowest weight while re-designed composite side guards keep dirt and debris away from the chassis internals.

Following first teaser images HPI Racing now officially introduce the Crawler King 1/10th scale crawler with 1973 Ford Bronco bodyshell. The proven Crawler King chassis now comes with waterproof electronics, stickier tyres, multi-spoke off-road wheels and a new retro body. A 55-turn crawling motor, full-time 4WD, locked differentials, heavy duty alloy suspension links, and over 15 centimetres of suspension travel make for go-everywhere abilities. Details like a sealed receiver box plus a waterproof steering servo and reversing speed controller round out the package. Last but not least comes a 2.4GHz radio system, a 7.2V 2000mAh Ni-MH battery and charger.

Yokomo Europe introduce the limited edition BD7-2014 ETS Champion kit. Based on the standard Black Edition BD7-2014, the kit is issued to celebrate the 4th back-to-back Euro Touring Series title and it comes with a load of option parts such as C-clip front double joint driveshafts, rear aluminium 44mm dog bones, a graphite front body mount support, a special black colour aluminium servo mount, a titanium-coated main gear shaft, a super-precision bearing set, aluminium belt tension adjustment cams and hard-coated self-lubricating shock ball ends. The kit, that is limited to 25 pieces, is rounded out by a titanium turnbuckle set, a luxury packaging and a transportation bag, both of which are marked with a serial number. The kit will become available from beginning of August. Please note that above image shows the standard edition car.

To celebrate the win at last weekend’s JMRCA 1/10th Buggy nationals, Yokomo release a special combo set of their successful B-Max4III 4WD buggy. Based on the standard kit the set also includes the recently released lightweight chassis kit that allows to use both saddle and shorty LiPo batteries. While the standard kit is best used in low-grip conditions the lightweight chassis is designed for high-grip tracks with artificial surface such as astro turf or carpet. The Lightweight Spec combo kit therefore allows the driver to adapt the buggy to virtually every track condition right from the box. The kit will ship on August 1st.

With the Lexus RC F performance coupe Team Associated introduce the next bodyshell variant of the Apex intermediate level 4WD touring car chassis. Built on a shaft-driven chassis, the Lexus RC F replica comes fully assembled and ready-to-run with factory-installed Reedy brushless motor and including a Reedy WolfPack 6-cell battery wired with a high current T-Plug. Additional features include the XP water-resistant speed control and XP 2.4GHz radio system. The front and rear sealed metal gear differentials are connected together with a tough aluminium drive shaft and imperfections in the road are managed by four adjustable fluid-filled, coil-over tuned shocks. The high-grip, treaded racing tires are mounted on scale replica Lexus RC F 20-spoke hex-drive wheels featuring detailed brake rotors and callipers. SpeedMerchant have released first images of the World GT4 200mm pan car kit. The vehicle is based off the forthcoming RoadKill 10 235mm kit and offers a slim carbon fibre main chassis that can take 2S standard, 2S shorty or 1S LiPo battery packs. A new-style easy-to-adjust front suspension is also part of the package as is a class-standard link-type rear suspension with dual roll dampers. The side springs act on the lower power pod plate rather than on the sidelinks for improved precision and better adjustability while a lightweight motor pod makes for a good balance between low weight and rigidity.
